Provides free sexual health services to Hamilton’s diverse communities of men who have sex with men, including gay, bisexual, queer, and transgender men. Serves include: monthly full-service sexual health clinic at The AIDS Network on the second Tuesday of every month from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Distribution of free safe sex kits. Rapid anonymous HIV testing in various outreach venues such as bathhouses, bars, campgrounds and special events.

The Trans Community Health (TCH) clinic is a weekly clinic for trans and gender non-conforming Hamiltonians. The clinic facilitates gender transitioning and hormone therapy for people 18 years and older. Also provides support groups for trans adults, trans youth, and parents/families/friends.

Provides 24/7 on call, mobile prenatal and postpartum care to women in the community who are eligible for SHN services. Midwives are primary maternity care providers with access to all routine pregnancy investigations, including blood work and ultrasounds.

The operator will ask you for your name and phone number which will be sent to the midwife on-call. The SHN midwife will respond to the page within 10 minutes and arrange to see the woman usually within an hour at the location of her choosing
