Are you interested in or do research related to social determinants of health? Over the past year a group of healthcare trainees have been hard at work to organize a conference aimed at bringing together learners across health professions with interest in social accountability. If you would like to present your research or learn more about the impact of social determinants on patient care, you should definitely join us.

The conference is happening on April 1st in Hamilton. The deadline to submit your abstracts is on Feb 15. We are excited to see you there!
