Provides needles, safe injection supplies, safe needle disposal, and refills of overdose prevention kits. Also offers counselling and referrals for drug and alcohol use, detox, health care and shelters. A harm reduction nurse is also on the van, providing client consultations and offering testing for HIV and Hep C .
